This is an exceptional blend of reserve stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac, matured to perfection in old casks. Lot n°76 immediately establishes its quality on the nose, which exhibits a wealth of caramelised peaches, almond and candied fruit aromas. This carries on magnificently through to the palate, with rich, delicate flavours of nuts, honey and dried fruits – a wonderful range of taste

TASTING NOTES

Very fresh pear & quince notes at first, giving way to herbaceous elements – dried fruits and nuts. Fresh, with intriguing hints of almond.

COCKTAIL RECIPE: Nikolaaschka.

1 ½ oz. of cognac,

A peeled lemon disk,

A tsp. of powdered coffee sugar,

A tsp. of powdered coffee.

These are enough for one cocktail which can be ready in only a few minutes. Pour the cognac in the brandy snifter or the short-stemmed glass and cover the top of the glass with the lemon disk. Place the powdered coffee on one half of the disk and the powdered sugar on the other half. This is it and your Nikolaschka is ready.
